Can Tho City People's Committee requests departments, branches and localities to closely coordinate in state management of notary activities; organize inspections and examinations of compliance with the law of notary practice organizations. Strengthen prevention, timely detection and handling of violations in notarization and certification; in cases beyond authority, the competent handling agency will be transferred according to regulations.
