On March 10, according to Hung Yen Provincial Police, during patrols and inspections on key traffic routes, Task Forces of Road Traffic Police Team No. 3 promptly detected and prevented many cases of young people driving vehicles at high speed, posing a potential risk of traffic unsafety.
Previously, at about 8:35 pm on March 7, on Vo Nguyen Giap street in Tra Ly ward, Hung Yen province, the Task Force discovered Pham Duc Manh (born in 2008, residing in To Xuyen village) driving a motorbike with license plate 89AA-885. 57 carrying Vu The Hung (born in 2009) and Le Nguyen Phat (born in 2008) both residing in Phu Duc commune.
During the movement, the subjects drove vehicles at high speed, showing signs of swerving, zigzagging and not complying with the stop order of the traffic police force. When encountering the barrier of the task force, the vehicle crashed into the barrier, causing all 3 people on the vehicle to fall to the road.
Immediately after that, the task force quickly approached the scene, promptly controlled the subjects, ensured safety for the people involved and proceeded to make records for handling according to the provisions of law.
