Ninh Binh traffic police fine driver for parking in the wrong direction

    Ninh Binh - The Traffic Police Department of the Provincial Police quickly verified, clarified and fined a truck driver for parking in the opposite direction.

    After receiving instructions from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) on verifying and handling traffic violation reflections through the VNeTraffic application, the Traffic Police Department of Ninh Binh Provincial Police urgently intervened, directing Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 to inspect and clarify the reflected content.

    As a result of verification, on March 4, Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 invited driver Hoang Ngoc V (born in 1970; residing in Xuan Hung commune, Ninh Binh province) to work.

    At the meeting, Mr. V confirmed that previously, on the main road of Xuan Truong commune, Ninh Binh province, Mr. V had driven a truck with license plate 18A-502. xx performing the act of parking against the traffic flow of the lane.

    Road Traffic Police Team No. 4 made a record of administrative violation against Mr. Hoang Ngoc V, with a fine of 600,000 to 800,000 VND.
