On March 28, news from the Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police said that they had fined 2 cases of dump trucks carrying sand for running red lights, crossing level crossings when barriers were moving, violating regulations on ensuring railway traffic order and safety.
These cases occurred at Km1331+324 section passing through Khanh Hoa province.
According to functional agencies, through monitoring images from the surveillance camera system, the Traffic Police force discovered violating vehicles when intentionally crossing the level crossing during the time when the barriers were closed or lowered.
Based on recorded image data, the unit has conducted verification, invited the vehicle owner to work and made a record of handling according to the provisions of law.
The Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police recommends that traffic participants strictly comply with traffic lights, warning bells and barriers at intersections with railways.
