Hai Phong - May 19, the Party Committee of Bach Long Vi Island Defense Battalion organized a party membership admission ceremony for outstanding masses.

The Party admission ceremony was held to celebrate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026).

The 2 young party members admitted are Corporal Nguyen Van Thai - soldier of the Cooking Squad and Corporal Cao Tuan Anh - soldier of PK37 Platoon. These are both young soldiers who have had a process of striving and constantly training in studying, training, working and performing tasks in remote islands.

After receiving the admission decision, Corporal Nguyen Van Thai shared: "Being admitted to the Party right on Uncle Ho's birthday is a great honor for myself. I will continue to strive, train, be exemplary in all tasks, and together with my comrades firmly hold the gun to protect the sacred sea and island sovereignty of the Fatherland.

Major Pham Xuan Nha - Secretary of the Party Committee, Political Commissar of Bach Long Vi Island Defense Battalion - emphasized that the party membership admission ceremony held on the occasion of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday is of profound educational significance to officers and soldiers in the unit. This is both an honor and pride, and a responsibility for new party members to continue to cultivate, train, and promote the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, worthy of the trust of the Party organization and the unit collective.

The Battalion Party Committee always identifies party member development as an important task in building a strong Party organization, especially in units performing tasks at the front lines of sea and islands. In the context of many difficulties in work, paying attention to educating and fostering outstanding masses not only contributes to improving the quality of the contingent of party members but also creates a source of successor cadres with firm political bravery, ready to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks. In the coming time, the Battalion Party Committee and Command will continue to focus on political and ideological education; creating a favorable environment for young officers and soldiers to strive, train and mature, meeting the requirements of the task of protecting sea and island sovereignty in the new situation.
