In the atmosphere towards the 51st anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification Day (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2026), the Pha Long Commune Youth Union organized a ceremony to admit new union members at the national border marker 166, Ta Lung Thang village - a sacred place of territorial sovereignty.

The ceremony was attended by leaders of the Party Committee, People's Council, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Pha Long commune; representatives of socio-political organizations; officers and soldiers of Pha Long Border Guard Station and the Board of Directors of Ta Gia Khau Ethnic Minority Boarding Primary and Secondary School.
In the border space, where the national flag flutters on the milestone, the ceremony took place solemnly and emotionally. In front of the National Flag, 31 outstanding young people of the school were officially admitted to the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

The oaths sounded clearly, showing the spirit of responsibility, the will to train and the aspiration to contribute of the youth of the highlands.
Not only is it an organizational ritual, but the selection of border markers as places to admit union members has profound educational significance.
This is an opportunity for the younger generation to better understand the value of independence and territorial sovereignty; thereby raising awareness and responsibility in maintaining border security and building the homeland.

Through this activity, Pha Long Commune Youth Union continues to affirm its role in accompanying and fostering revolutionary ideals for youth, especially in highland and border areas.
At the same time, contributing to spreading patriotism, national pride and sense of responsibility to the Fatherland among each union member and youth.

The union member reception ceremony at the border marker is not only a milestone of maturity for each individual but also a meaningful message about the continuation of tradition, affirming the role of youth in the cause of building and protecting the Fatherland today.
