At Detention Center No. 1 (under An Giang Provincial Police), the Provincial Police Youth Committee has just coordinated with the Legal Consulting and Community Service Center - Ho Chi Minh City University of Law to organize a program to disseminate and provide legal advice to prisoners serving sentences at the center. The program aims to prepare the best legal and psychological baggage for prisoners who are about to complete their prison sentences.
At the program, participating prisoners were informed by speakers from the Center for Legal Consulting and Community Service - Ho Chi Minh City University of Law about legal regulations on criminal record and criminal record removal; dissemination of administrative law on civil status, residence, identification and issuance of judicial record certificates; Specialized activities on psychology and skills for community reintegration; Dissemination and consultation on basic contents of labor law and vocational training orientation, job search.
In addition, during the process of listening to dissemination and legal advice, prisoners also interacted, answered quizzes, and received gifts.
On this occasion, the Organizing Committee presented 20 meaningful gifts to prisoners participating in the program. The gifts not only carry material value, but also aim to encourage spirit, show the concern and sharing of the Police force and accompanying units.
