The groundbreaking ceremony of CMC Creative Space Complex (CMC Creative Space - CCS Hanoi), taking place in Tay Ho Tay urban area on June 1, marked a strategic turning point for CMC Technology Group - not only in terms of investment scale but also in terms of long-term development orientation. This is the second collaboration in the Creative Space series under CMC's CCS brand, following the success of Tan Thuan CCS in Ho Chi Minh City.

While Tan Thuan CCS plays the role of a data infrastructure center, Hanoi CCS is oriented to become an open artificial intelligence ( openAI) center. OpenAI.

CMC identifies Hanoi CCS as a core part of the infrastructure serving the Go Global strategy, as well as a space to deploy strategic cooperation with NVIDIA, Microsoft, Samsung, Google, AWS...

With a total investment of 300 million USD, the complex was built on a land area of over 11,000 m2, including 23 floors and 3 basements, with a total floor area of over 90,000 m2. CCS Hanoi is not only a complex of technology offices but a comprehensive integrated ecosystem, including: data center, research and development (R&D) space, human resource training area and creative startup support area - where more than 5,000 technology engineers will work, research and connect.

According to the design plan, the center of the entire complex is the CMC Data Center - which provides computing, storage and connection infrastructure for digital platforms being developed in the CMC ecosystem.

CMC considers this the "digital heart" of Hanoi CCS, where the reliability, safety and operational efficiency of the entire core technology product and service system is maintained.

CMC Group Chairman Nguyen Trung Chinh emphasized: Combining CMC creative space, we not only develop technology, but also nurture generations of Vietnamese people who dare to dream big, dare to master technology, and have enough global competitiveness. That is how CMC and the country create an innovation ecosystem - a true knowledge economy".

Mr. Chinh also emphasized that with Hanoi CCS, CMC will focus on developing AI transformation solutions researched and developed by CMC's team of engineers, within the chain of 25 core technologies in the open-ended ecosystem C. OpenAI.
