On the morning of February 10, the Standing Government had a business meeting on duties and solutions for private enterprises to accelerate and break out, contributing to the country's rapid and sustainable development in the new era.

At the conference, Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh - Chairman of the Board of Directors of CMC Technology Group said that, although scientific and technological research is, science and technology is not associated with technology and technology not associated with the market, business. CMC expects to merge the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Ministry of Information and Communications will overcome this bottleneck.
The President of CMC emphasized: “Resolution 57 is built as a strategic map and we believe the Resolution 57 will help the country grow stronger. In 2024, we made a statement about AI conversion strategy, petitioning to the Government to take advantage of AI as a potential and technological capacity that Vietnamese people have to build the country ”.
Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh continued: “On January 21 in Davos, we announced this conversion strategy. We recommend that later we go to Davos we should have "Viet Nam House" at Davos. Thus all our technology companies can bring our ideas to introduce to the world. ”
Also at the Conference, the President of CMC received two national tasks. One is to build cloud infrastructure not only leading Vietnam but also in the region. Investment scale up to 80 MW, nearly 2 times the total capacity of Vietnam currently has (about 50 MW).
The second task that CMC received was to build C.openai. C.OOPEN was announced by CMC since 2017 and has been transformed into C.openai, building AI Core of Vietnamese people, Vietnamese intelligence and used for Vietnamese people.
To be able to complete the task, Mr. Nguyen Trung Chinh also made 3 recommendations. Firstly, the State needs to improve the institution, specifically the State, the ministry, branch and local "KPI" commits how to settle and implement for businesses.
Second, CMC has a plan to invest in the next 5 years to spend about US $ 700 million to $ 1 billion to build technical infrastructure. However, CMC's concerns are capital. CMC is looking forward to the development support fund but do not know if $ 700 million can borrow money. CMC wants to have a loan policy with preferential interest rates for 10 years.
Finally, CMC is implementing human resource training and wanting to open signs in localities, but according to the regulations, there must be 2 hectares of land. In theory, 2 hectares of land is the locality must be arranged for businesses, but in fact in Hanoi, Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City, to get 2 hectares of land is not easy.
President CMC said that if there is infrastructure, it can be trained immediately. For example, enrolling 1,000 - 2,000 students on artificial intelligence, CMC with a building with nearly 10,000m2 can train 2,000 students. But the regulation of 2 hectares of land to deploy new division is really not simple in terms of procedures.
