On July 22, in Phu Quoc special zone, the Political Work Department of An Giang Provincial Police in coordination with the Mobile Police Department organized a live-fire inspection for 300 officers and soldiers of Phu Quoc Special Zone Police, Tho Chau Special Zone Police and units stationed in Phu Quoc.
Participating in the inspection were officers and soldiers of the units: Office of the Investigation Police Agency; Criminal Police Department; Fire and Rescue Police Department; Traffic Police Department; Mobile Police Department; Immigration Management Department and Phu Quoc Detention Center.
During the inspection process, officers and soldiers strictly implemented regulations on ensuring safety, complied with regulations and procedures for using weapons and completed inspection contents according to plan. The organizational work was deployed closely and scientifically, ensuring absolute safety for people, weapons and equipment.
Live-fire test activities are regular training contents to assess the level and skills of using weapons of officers and soldiers; and at the same time improve political bravery, steadfast psychology, situation handling ability, combat reflexes and the spirit of readiness to receive and successfully complete all assigned tasks.
Through the inspection, the Police force of units continues to consolidate skills in proficiently using weapons and supporting tools, contributing to improving the quality of training, building a regular, elite, and modern An Giang Provincial Police force, meeting the requirements and tasks of ensuring national security, maintaining social order and safety in the area.
