On July 18, An Giang Provincial Police presided over and coordinated with Viettel An Giang and An Giang Provincial Youth Union to organize a series of activities to express gratitude to heroic martyrs at martyrs' cemeteries in the province. The activity aims to celebrate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026).
At the An Giang Provincial Martyrs' Cemetery (Rach Gia ward), the working delegation solemnly organized a ceremony to offer flowers and incense, respectfully commemorating heroic martyrs, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers and those who bravely fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland.
In a solemn atmosphere, the delegates observed a minute of silence, expressing deep gratitude for the great contributions of previous generations. Each incense stick offered is a sacred gratitude, reminding officers, soldiers and young people today to continue to promote revolutionary traditions, strive to contribute to the peace and development of their homeland and country.

Immediately after the incense offering ceremony, officers and soldiers of the Provincial Police and union members and youth of the coordinated units directly participated in cleaning the cemetery grounds, cleaning the tomb areas, replacing flowers and vases on each martyr's grave, contributing to keeping the resting place of the heroic martyrs always clean and solemn. These simple actions contain the feelings, gratitude and responsibility of today's generation towards those who sacrificed for the Fatherland.
