The subject pretended to ask for directions and then suddenly snatched a 18K gold necklace weighing 2 just around one person's neck and quickly escaped.
Immediately after receiving the report, Lich Hoi Thuong Commune Police urgently conducted an investigation and prosecution. By the morning of October 29, 2025, P.H.P had gone to the commune police to surrender and confess to all of his crimes. The case is being further investigated and handled according to the law.
