Dak Lak deep-lying police handle subjects illegally storing firecrackers

    Dak Lak - Krong A Commune Police have discovered and handled a subject illegally storing firecrackers.

    On February 9, Krong A Commune Police (Dak Lak province) informed that the unit had just discovered and handled a case of illegally storing fireworks exploding in the area.

    Accordingly, through grasping the situation and conducting administrative inspections at the house of Mr. T.V. H (residing in Krong A commune), the police discovered that the subject was illegally storing 12 other firecrackers, with a total weight of 4.26 kg.

    Immediately after discovering the incident, the working group directly disseminated and explained in detail the provisions of law on the strict prohibition of storing, using and trading firecrackers. After being propagated, Mr. T.V. H clearly realized that his actions were a violation of the law and voluntarily handed over all the above firecrackers.

    Currently, Krong A Commune Police have made a record of the incident, temporarily seized exhibits and continue to verify, clarify and handle according to the provisions of law.
