On July 26, Cao Bang Provincial Police said that Ly Quoc Commune Police had just discovered and arrested a subject for the act of illegally possessing drugs during the 90-day and night peak period of attacking and suppressing crimes, ensuring security and order in the area.
Accordingly, at about 10:30 pm on July 24, in Ban Bang hamlet, Ly Quoc commune, Cao Bang province, Ly Quoc commune police force discovered and caught red-handed Hua Ngoc Ly (born 1999, residing in Ban Thuoc hamlet, Ly Quoc commune) illegally possessing drugs.
Through inspection, functional forces seized a package of silver paper containing white powder. At the police station, the subject confessed that the above substance was heroin bought for use. The examination results determined that the exhibit was 0.15 grams of heroin.
Currently, Ly Quoc Commune Police are continuing to consolidate the file and handle the case according to the provisions of law.
