According to Hung Yen Provincial Police, recently, during patrols and inspections to ensure security and order in the area, the Nam Tien Hung Commune Police Task Force discovered Mr. N.V.T (born in 1965, residing in Trang Sinh village, Nam Tien Hung commune, Hung Yen province) using electric shock tools to illegally exploit aquatic products in a ditch in Tho Hung village, Nam Tien Hung commune.
Immediately after discovering the incident, the task force quickly approached and requested the subject to stop the violation.
Through inspection, the Task Force seized 1 battery and a set of electric shock tools that the subject used to illegally exploit seafood.
The working group took Mr. N.V.T to the commune police headquarters to make a record of the incident as prescribed; propagated to Mr. T that his actions had caused harm to the environment, violated the provisions of law in the field of Fisheries, as stipulated in Clause 1, Article 28 of Decree No. 38/2024/ND-CP dated April 5, 2024 of the Government stipulating administrative sanctions in the field of fisheries, amended and supplemented in Decree No. 301/2025/ND-CP dated November 17, 2025 of the Government.
