On the afternoon of June 12, An Giang Provincial Police had a meeting and worked with the working delegation of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order (QLHC on TTXH) to inspect the results of implementing QLHC on TTXH work after 1 year of implementing the 2-level local government model. The delegation was headed by Colonel Phung Xuan Tien, Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Management of TTXH Police.
The report at the working session showed that after a year of implementing the 2-level local government model, the Administrative Management Police force for Social Order of An Giang Provincial Police has proactively and drastically deployed many synchronous solutions, closely following the key tasks of the Ministry of Public Security, Department C06 and the 2026 work program of the Provincial Police. Many work targets have been implemented to ensure progress and completion according to the set requirements, contributing to maintaining the stability of security and order in the area.
Speaking at the working session, Colonel Nguyen Nhat Truong, Deputy Director of An Giang Provincial Police, emphasized that in the past time, the Provincial Police Force for Administrative Management of Social Order has promoted the spirit of responsibility, proactively sticking to the area, drastically deploying all aspects of work, making important contributions to ensuring social order and safety, effectively serving the national digital transformation and administrative procedure reform.
The comrade requested the force to continue to improve the quality of service to the People, promote the application of information technology, and improve the efficiency of state management of social order and safety in the new situation. Colonel Nguyen Nhat Truong also proposed that the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order Police continue to pay attention to, guide, and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing tasks related to population data, electronic identification, online public services, and residence management at the grassroots level, in order to meet the requirements of tasks in the current period.
Speaking at the conclusion of the inspection, Colonel Phung Xuan Tien, Deputy Director of the Department of Administrative Management of Social Order, acknowledged and highly appreciated the results achieved by An Giang Provincial Police after a year of implementing the 2-level local government model. The comrade emphasized that in the context of a large workload and increasingly high task requirements, the Administrative Management Police force for Social Order of the Provincial Police has promoted the spirit of responsibility, proactiveness, creativity, and successfully completed many important work targets. At the same time, he requested that in the coming time, An Giang Provincial Police continue to focus on effectively implementing Project 06; accelerate the progress of cleaning population data, issuing ID cards and electronic identification accounts; improve the quality of resolving administrative procedures and online public services serving people and businesses. At the same time, strengthen the management of residence, management of conditional investment and business lines on social order and safety; do a good job of propaganda and mobilization of people to hand over weapons, explosives, and supporting tools, contributing to ensuring the stability of social order and safety in the locality.
In addition, the Administrative Management Police force on social order and safety needs to continue to pay attention to force building, improving the quality of the contingent of officers and soldiers, especially the commune-level police force, and regional police to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation; effectively deploy models and plans to build safe areas for social order and safety, serving the socio-economic development of the province.
