On April 15, information from Thanh Hoa Provincial Police said that soldiers of Traffic Police Team No. 3 had just promptly supported and taken a man with a stroke to the emergency room.
Previously, during patrols and inspections to ensure traffic order and safety on provincial road 516B, passing through Minh Son commune, Task Force No. 11 (Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Provincial Police) discovered a man driving a motorbike with unusual signs, then suddenly fell to the road.
Recognizing the emergency situation, officers and soldiers quickly approached, checked the victim's condition, and coordinated with people to put the victim on a vehicle and take him to Ngoc Lac General Hospital.
Thanks to timely support, the victim was rescued at the right "golden time", out of danger and his health is gradually stabilizing.
Initially, the victim's identity was identified as Mr. Le Dang Thuy (born in 1982, residing in Minh Son commune, Thanh Hoa province). According to initial information, while on his way to work, Mr. Thuy suddenly had a stroke, was dizzy and fell to the road.
