On the evening of April 8, information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police said that in the process of performing their duties, the task force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 - Hanoi Traffic Police Department promptly supported and opened the way for the car carrying 2 people in labor accidents to the hospital for timely emergency treatment.
Accordingly, at about 5:30 pm on April 7, at the Thach Ban - Co Linh intersection (Long Bien ward, Hanoi), the task force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 5 including Captain Giap Thanh Tung and Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Ngoc Son were performing the task of diverting traffic and preventing traffic congestion during peak hours when they received a request for support from Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Hau (driver of Xanh SM taxi, license plate 29H-975. XX).
Mr. Hau said that the car was carrying 2 people who had labor accidents and needed to be taken to Viet Duc Hospital for emergency treatment, but due to the large traffic volume, movement was difficult.
Immediately after grasping the situation, the working group reported to the Team Command, and quickly assigned Captain Giap Thanh Tung to use specialized motorbikes to open roads, lead taxis to transport victims through crowded roads, ensuring safety and quickly reaching the hospital.
Thanks to the timely support and effective coordination of the traffic police force at intersections, the 2 victims were safely taken to the hospital and received emergency treatment by doctors and nurses.

Through exchanging with the driver, it was learned that in the afternoon of the same day, Mr. Hau received a ride in the Kieu Ky area (Gia Lam, Hanoi), carrying 2 men, Mr. V.V.T (born 1988) and Mr. A.T (born 1990) who had a labor accident due to scaffolding incidents during construction.
Timely and responsible actions of the working group not only contribute to regaining treatment opportunities for victims but also demonstrate the spirit of "closest to the people", ready to support and help people in all situations of the Capital Traffic Police force.
