Hung Yen - Voters raised many recommendations on traffic infrastructure, land and social order and safety at the meeting on November 5.

On November 5, Mr. Nguyen Khac Than - Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and delegates from Delegation No. 11 of the Provincial People's Council attended a meeting with voters of 5 wards: Thai Binh, Tra Ly, Tran Hung Dao, Tran Lam and Vu Phuc before the regular meeting at the end of 2025 of the Provincial People's Council.

At the conference, delegates of the Provincial People's Council briefly informed about the socio-economic development situation in 2025; key goals, tasks and solutions in 2026; the operation situation of the Provincial People's Council Standing Committee and Committees; a number of new policies and strategies issued after the merger of provinces. The delegates also announced the expected time and content of the regular meeting program at the end of 2025 of the 17th Provincial People's Council, term 2021 - 2026.

Voters in the wards expressed their confidence and excitement at the socio-economic development results of the province in recent times, and at the same time expressed many practical opinions and recommendations related to people's lives. Voters in Tran Hung Dao and Thai Binh wards requested the province to direct the early issuance of land use right and house ownership certificates to households in social housing areas.

Voters in Tra Ly ward reported that Nguyen Duc Canh street (from Long Hung intersection to National Highway 10) has seriously degraded and needs to be invested in upgrading and expanding to meet travel and trade needs.

Some voters are also concerned about the situation of teenagers gathering, speeding, and racing around Uncle Ho Square, causing traffic insecurity, and requested the authorities to increase patrols and strictly handle violations. In addition, voters also made recommendations on land, policies for youth volunteers and other social issues.

On behalf of the delegation, Mr. Nguyen Khac Than received voters' opinions and recommendations, and provided additional information on the socio-economic development results for the first 10 months of the year; goals for the last two months of 2025 and 2026.

The provincial Chairman emphasized that after the merger, the two-level government apparatus of the province will operate stably and effectively; many key projects and works will be inaugurated and started, creating momentum for socio-economic development, aiming to build a free economic zone according to the orientation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

The leaders of Hung Yen province affirmed that in the coming time, the province will continue to focus on promoting the disbursement of public investment capital, site clearance, removing difficulties, speeding up the progress of key projects, increasing budget revenue and preparing conditions to start new projects.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned departments, branches and localities to urgently review and resolve voters' legitimate petitions, especially issues of concern and concern to the people.
