Recently, a video clip was circulated on social media recording a male student being assaulted by two teenagers in the square area of Hoang Hoa Tham commune (Hung Yen province), causing public outrage.

According to the investigation, the incident occurred on October 28, 2 teenagers in the clip were identified as students of Ngo Quyen High School (Hung Yen province). On the afternoon of November 5, speaking with Lao Dong newspaper, Mr. Dang Quoc Hung - Principal of Ngo Quyen High School confirmed the above incident and said that the school is investigating the cause of the incident.

Mr. Hung said that the fight occurred between a student of the school and another student. Immediately after the incident, the school asked the students involved to write a report, review and read in front of the parents. At the same time, the family of the violating student directly apologized and agreed to compensate the victim's family for the losses.

Previously, a nearly 2-minute video appeared on Facebook showing the image of a male student being repeatedly punched, kicked, and hit on the head and body by two teenagers with strange objects. Despite being stopped, the subjects continued to assault.

The incident has made many people angry, worried about school violence and questioned the role of families and schools in educating and preventing deviant behavior among young people.
