On the afternoon of October 24, the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center and the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University held a signing ceremony of the Minutes of Cooperation in the field of land management for the period 2025 - 2030.
The event marked an important first step in establishing a comprehensive cooperative relationship between state management agencies and higher education institutions, aiming to maximize the potential and resources of both sides for the sustainable development of land management.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Vo Nguyen Chuong - Director of the City Land Fund Development Center - affirmed that the representatives of the two units agreed to choose the action slogan "Consistent thinking, drastic action, cooperation, innovation in thinking in building and organizing law enforcement, together entering a new era".
The slogan expresses the spirit of innovation, creativity, responsibility and high determination in management, training and research, and is also a guideline for the long-term and effective cooperation process between the two sides.

The cooperation agreement was signed with the aim of building a sustainable link, promoting the potential and strengths of both sides in professional work, scientific research, training and technology transfer.
This is the basis for the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center and the University of Agriculture and Forestry to effectively implement activities linking theory and practice, training and practical needs of society.
This cooperation contributes practically to bringing the policies of the Party and the laws of the State into life, while creating conditions for students and trainees to access practical work, linking the learning process with job requirements.

According to the Memorandum of Cooperation, the two sides will coordinate in many key areas, including human resource training and development, research - science and technology transfer, and professional consulting.
Accordingly, the Da Nang City Land Fund Development Center will receive students from the fields of land management, real estate, and topographic and map engineering of the University of Agriculture and Forestry to practice, practice and access practical work.
The two sides will coordinate to organize training, fostering, and coaching programs, as well as support students and trainees to participate in implementing key projects and works of the city. In addition, the two sides will jointly organize seminars and thematic seminars, conduct applied research to serve digital transformation in the field of land management and provide specialized scientific and technological consulting services.
