The goal is to complete the plan correctly, ensuring learning conditions for students in difficult areas.
At the online meeting on the morning of April 4, leaders of the City People's Committee emphasized the requirement to immediately compensate for delayed items. Contractors must increase manpower, equipment, and organize continuous construction, including at night. Unfinished volumes during the day must be completely handled the next day.
Currently, many important items have been implemented such as leveling, foundation, structure, classroom blocks, dormitory and dining hall. Some items have completed the rough construction. However, the overall progress has not yet met the set requirements.
The investor is urging construction units to increase construction teams, reorganize the ground, and take advantage of favorable weather to shorten the time. At the same time, it is required to update progress daily, implement clear handover of each item, and ensure labor safety.
City leaders also requested to proactively source construction materials, not to interrupt construction. Border commune authorities must directly inspect and supervise the construction site, and promptly handle arising problems.
At the same time, armed forces are mobilized to participate in supporting construction. Working groups coordinate with contractors to carry out appropriate tasks, contributing to ensuring overall progress.
6 boarding school projects in Avương, Tây Giang, Hùng Sơn, Đắc Pring, La Êê and La Dêê have a total investment of nearly 1,800 billion VND. This is a project of practical significance for education in border areas.
Previously, on March 28, the Military Command of Da Nang City also decided to mobilize forces to participate in the construction of 6 inter-level boarding primary and secondary schools in land border communes in the city. According to the plan, 6 working teams were established. The composition includes officers, soldiers of the standing army and militia and self-defense forces. The teams directly support the construction unit at 6 school projects. The key task is to coordinate to ensure progress, participate in tasks suitable to the actual conditions at the construction site. The force is ready to be strengthened when required, contributing to the units completing the set goals.
When completed, schools will improve learning and living conditions for students in mountainous areas. At the same time, it will contribute to improving the quality of education and narrowing the gap between regions. The project also creates a foundation for stabilizing population and promoting socio-economic development in border areas.
