On September 8, An Hai Ward Police, Da Nang are consolidating dossiers and clarifying acts showing signs of "Organizing illegal use of narcotics" against 3 subjects.
Previously, An Hai Ward Police coordinated with the Drug Crime Investigation Police Department, Da Nang City Police to inspect a location on Nguyen Cong Tru street (An Hai ward).
Here, functional forces discovered 3 people with signs related to drugs, including Hoang Van Long (born in 1990, residing in Ngu Hanh Son ward, Da Nang), Pham Thanh Binh (born in 1988, residing in Thanh Khe ward, Da Nang) and Nguyen Dinh Than (born in 1982, from Ha Tinh).
The test results showed that all 3 people tested positive for methamphetamine. The police determined that these people were related to jointly using illegal drugs late on September 6 and have temporarily detained 3 people for criminal investigation.
