The “Building Da Nang – Environmental City” Journalism Award, launched from August 6 to November 1, received 167 entries. The jury selected 14 outstanding entries to award to individuals and groups of authors.
The Journalism Award “Propaganda on Digital Transformation of Da Nang City” launched from July 5 to October 30 received 190 entries. The jury selected 10 outstanding entries to award to individuals and groups of authors.

This shows the interest of many press agencies, journalists, reporters, and collaborators in the city's policies and decisions on environmental protection, building an environmental city, digital transformation, and building a smart city in Da Nang city.
The submitted entries are diverse in form, including articles, radio, television, and eMagazine. Many works are of high quality and carefully invested.
The honored works not only spread positive messages, contributing to raising public awareness, but also became a strong source of inspiration for joining hands to build Da Nang into an environmental city and a pioneer in digital transformation.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Tran Chi Cuong - Vice Chairman of Da Nang City People's Committee said that in recent years, press and media agencies and journalists in Da Nang city have continuously grown in quantity, qualifications, moral qualities and application of science and technology; always being the pioneering force, leading the way, promptly reflecting developments in all aspects of social life, thoughts and legitimate aspirations of the people.
"The thematic journalism award organized by the Department of Information and Communications has launched a movement to write articles to spread messages, solutions, models, and good initiatives in implementing digital transformation and environmental protection, thereby improving the quality of information work and propaganda of the city's policies and guidelines on the environment and digital transformation," Mr. Cuong emphasized.
