Dien Ban Tay Commune Police then verified and identified the user of the above account as P.V. Q, born in 1986, residing in Dong Duc village, Dien Ban Tay commune, Da Nang city.
Working with the police agency, P.V. Q admitted that because he believed that the settlement of personal rights was not satisfactory, he used his Facebook account to post content that insulted the honor and dignity of others on the "Da Nang Free Legal Advice" page and the crime denunciation information receiving page.
After being propagated, deterred, and educated, P.V. Q realized the violation, voluntarily deleted the article, committed not to re-offend and complied with the provisions of law on network security.
