On the morning of August 5, information from the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) of Hanoi City Police said that the unit had just handed over two teenagers along with vehicles and records of the case of driving a motorbike swerving and zigzagging on Pham Van Dong street to Nghia Do Ward Police to continue investigating and handling according to the provisions of law.
Previously, on July 26, through grasping the situation on cyberspace, the Hanoi Traffic Police Department discovered a video recording images of two young men driving a gray Honda Vision motorbike, without license plates, without helmets, going into the car lane on Pham Van Dong street and having acts of swerving, zigzagging, causing danger to people and vehicles participating in traffic.

Immediately after discovering the incident, the Hanoi Traffic Police Department directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 to urgently verify and clarify the related subjects for handling according to regulations.
Using professional measures, Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 reviewed the camera system, tracked, identified the vehicle driver as Truong Chung H (born 2009, residing in Hanoi) and the passenger as Nguyen Tien P (born 2009, residing in Hai Phong), and invited both to the police agency to work.
At the police station, H and P confessed that at about 7 am on July 15, 2026, H drove a Honda Vision motorbike without license plates carrying P into the car lane on Pham Van Dong street in the direction from Mai Dich to Thang Long bridge.
When arriving in Nghia Do ward, H swerved and zigzagged. The entire act was recorded by passersby and posted on social networks.
Based on collected documents, evidence and verification results, Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 completed the initial file, handed over the two young men, vehicles and related documents to Nghia Do Ward Police to continue investigating, verifying and handling according to the provisions of law.
