The 2025 National Startup Forum is held to promote strategic vision, create a space for connection - cooperation - investment, and at the same time open up new and profound opportunities with the focus theme: "Developing human resources for startups and innovation in the new era." This is a practical activity responding to the spirit of the Government in creating and developing an innovation ecosystem, while aiming to elevate the Vietnamese business community in the digital transformation period.
Dr. Dinh Viet Hoa, Chairman of the National Startup Association, said: The world is moving very quickly under the impact of the digital economy, artificial intelligence, automation and innovative models. To rise strongly, Vietnam needs a force of brave business founders, a dynamic startup ecosystem and a special human resource for high-quality business founders with a global mindset.
Prof. Dr. Dinh Xuan Dung, Member of the 14th Congress Document Subcommittee, Senior Advisor of the National Startup Association shared: This year's forum is designed with a strategic vision, focusing on the theme "Developing human resources for startups and innovation in the new era".
According to Prof. Dr. Dinh Xuan Dung, this is a decisive factor for Vietnam to enter a new stage of development, where people, knowledge, and technology become the most valuable assets. When we have capable, aspirational, creative, and breakthrough people, we can completely create businesses that lead the market, compete internationally, and contribute to the overall development of the country.
The National Entrepreneurship Forum 2025 will become a driving force to promote the development of the Vietnamese startup ecosystem, while creating an environment for young talents, creative ideas and the best projects to be supported, connected and invested. This is also a practical contribution of the business community to the journey to make Vietnam a strong country in innovation in the new era.

Within the framework of this year's Forum event series, the 3rd National Aesthetic Industry Summit was held in parallel as an important highlight, demonstrating the growth of the cosmetic industry, which is the business sector of health, beauty, nutrition and medicinal herbs in Vietnam.
