At the functional agency, 2 drivers including Mr. L.H.N (born 1988), who directly drove car plate number 79B-024.xx, and Mr. N.T.A (born 1996), who drove car plate number 79B-025.xx, admitted to the violation.
The Traffic Police Department of Khanh Hoa Provincial Police has made a record of handling violations for the act of "using hands to hold and use phones when driving vehicles participating in traffic", according to regulations.
For the above violation, each driver is fined from 4 to 6 million VND, and points are deducted from the driver's license according to current regulations.
