Previously, on October 18, 2025, people in Kinh 9A Hamlet, Tan Hiep Commune discovered a motor boat with a composite boat dragged behind it, including an explosive device (a type of motorbike) moving on the Don Dong River (adjacent to the 9A and 9B seasons) with suspicious signs.
People have informed the police force and coordinated with forces participating in protecting security and order at the grassroots level to clarify the purpose. However, because the subject was afraid of being discovered, he removed the rope, left behind composite shells, and quickly escaped.
After the subject left the property, the security forces and people handed over the property to Tan Hiep Commune Police. After that, the Commune Police widely reported in the area and discussed with neighboring communes to find owners.
In early December 2025, Mr. Dao Van Nho contacted to receive the property back. Tan Hiep Commune Police conducted verification and determined that Mr. Dao Van Nho was the owner of the composite shell, so they handed over the property to Mr. Nho according to regulations.
