According to An Hung Commune People's Committee, in the past time, the locality has received feedback and recommendations from officials and people about swimming pool business activities in Van Khe village area showing signs of not ensuring current regulations.
On June 4, the Culture and Social Department of An Hung commune worked with Ms. N.K.A - owner of a swimming, diving and swimming teaching service business in Van Khe village to disseminate and guide legal regulations related to business activities in this field.
After the working session, the Commune Culture and Social Affairs Department requested the facility owner to immediately stop swimming, diving and swimming teaching business activities when they do not meet the conditions according to regulations. At the same time, terminate advertising, propaganda, opening classes and enrolling swimming classes at the swimming pool in Van Khe village from June 4. The locality requires the facility to only be allowed to organize swimming, diving and swimming teaching business activities after completing complete dossiers and licenses according to the provisions of law.
An Hung Commune People's Committee also assigned the Village Head of Van Khe to monitor and supervise the compliance of the grassroots level, and promptly report the implementation results to the Commune People's Committee through the Culture and Social Affairs Department.
The facility owner also agreed with the local requirements and committed to stopping the business of swimming, diving and swimming teaching services from June 4, 2026 until the legal conditions are completed according to regulations.
