On July 16, An Minh Commune Police (An Giang) said that they had issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against 2 subjects for distributing advertising leaflets that affected the aesthetics, traffic safety and social order.
During patrols and inspections to ensure security and order in the area, An Minh Commune Police discovered and caught N.G. N (born in 1997, residing in Dong Nai province) and N.V.S (born in 2003, residing in Quang Ninh province) in the act of distributing more than 3,000 leaflets advertising installment loans in hamlet 2, An Minh commune, affecting the aesthetics, traffic safety and social order.
Through working, the two subjects confessed that they were hired by an unidentified person for 100,000 VND to carry out the distribution of leaflets. Based on collected documents and evidence, An Minh Commune Police issued a decision to impose administrative fines on both subjects, with a total amount of 3 million VND for the act of distributing advertising leaflets affecting aesthetics, traffic safety and social order according to regulations.
In the coming time, An Minh Commune Police will continue to strengthen patrols and inspections, proactively detect and strictly handle violations, contributing to maintaining security and order, and building a safe and civilized area.
