On May 9, Tay Yen Commune Police, An Giang province, said that they had issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against 2 subjects for distributing advertising leaflets that affected the aesthetics, traffic safety and social order.
Previously, through patrols and inspections to ensure security and order in the area, Tay Yen Commune Police force discovered and caught red-handed 2 subjects including: Do Quoc Toan (born 1984, residing in Quang Ninh province) and Nguyen Van Thang (born 1988, residing in Hung Yen province) for distributing over 6,000 leaflets advertising installment loans in the Roc La hamlet area, Tay Yen commune, affecting the aesthetics, traffic order and safety, and social order.
At the police station, the subjects confessed that they had been hired by an unidentified subject to rent 100,000 VND to distribute the above leaflets. The commune police issued a decision to sanction administrative violations against 2 subjects, with a total fine of 3 million VND for the act of distributing advertising leaflets affecting aesthetics, traffic safety and social order.
