At about 0:25 on May 19, while on duty on DT609C route through Ha Nha commune, Da Nang City, the Task Force of Road Traffic Police Team No. 3, Traffic Police Department of Da Nang City Police discovered 2 young men riding a motorbike carrying a sack with suspicious signs.
When the functional forces signaled to stop the vehicle for inspection, the vehicle driver did not comply but accelerated and fled. The task force immediately chased and deployed an encirclement. When they reached a deserted road section, the 2 subjects left their motorbikes and ran into the forest area to escape.
Checking at the scene, the traffic police force discovered an Exciter motorbike with license plate 92N1-153. XX and a sack containing 13 dead dogs.
All exhibits and vehicles were then handed over to Ha Nha Commune Police for further verification and handling according to regulations.
