On December 3, the police of Gia Lai communes and wards increased patrols and controls of the area, promptly preventing the situation of teenagers violating road traffic safety laws.
On November 30, during the patrol, Hra Commune Police discovered and promptly stopped a group of about 28 teenagers (born from 2007 to 2010) gathering in the area of Jo Long Dam, Bok Aiol.
This group used motorbikes running at high speed, exchanging speed, weaving and showed signs of preparing to livestream on Facebook and TikTok to attract views.
The working group stopped the vehicle, conducted an administrative inspection and made a list of all related cases. Many students are not old enough to drive motorbikes according to regulations, posing a high risk to themselves and road users.

Previously, the police agency had initiated a case and prosecuted three subjects including: Ket (born 2008), Vur (born 2006) and Yuin (born 2005, all residing in Bong Hiot village, Mang Yang commune) for disturbing public order.
This group and three other teenagers drove motorbikes at high speed, weaving, and doing many trips on Ly Thai To Street, causing public outrage and challenging the authorities.
The police force warned: the act of filming clips, livestreaming while driving and gathering to race illegally will be strictly handled according to the law.
The commune police will coordinate with families and schools to educate, deter and require parents to strengthen their management of their children, especially in the evenings and on weekends.
