    The Deputy Heads of the Committee include Mr. Ho Minh Hai - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice; Mr. Dong Viet Phuong - Deputy Director of the Department of Justice; Ms. Tran Thi Thu Hang - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training and invited Mr. Tran Viet Tuan - Deputy Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of the city.
