On July 5, the Binh Thanh Ward Youth Union coordinated with the Party Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Binh Thanh Ward to launch a drill team to serve the people and deploy the 7th Volunteer Day activity.
The trainee team serving the people, including students of the Ho Chi Minh City Academy of Officials, is participating in the school's Green Summer volunteer campaign. This formation supports and guides people and businesses to contact work and carry out administrative procedures in the process of implementing the two-level local government.
The team has guided people to carry out administrative procedures such as registering civil status records, labor - war invalids - social workers records, procedures for granting certificates of confirmation...
In addition, support people to access public services online, create accounts and submit documents through the National Public Service Portal, provide guidance and support for installing and using the VNeID application; answer questions about administrative procedures, help people operate quickly and save time.
At the same time, they distributed leaflets to promote local official information channels and online interactive channels to serve the people.
This activity not only contributes to reducing the burden on civil servants in the ward but also helps people, especially the elderly, have easier access to modern administrative services.
In early July 2025, the Public Administration Service Centers of new communes and wards officially came into operation, marking a turning point in administrative reform to serve the people.
