Project 06, also known as "Project to develop applications of population data, identification and electronic authentication, serving national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030".
According to the report of Project 06 Working Group of Khanh Hoa province, in March 2025, Project 06 Working Group of communes, wards and towns simultaneously launched the campaign "Shooting points of launching" with the motto "going to every alley, knocking on every door, guiding every person" to ensure that 100% of people participating in health insurance, having electronic identification accounts all integrated health insurance cards into the VNeID application, and at the same time using the Electronic Health Book when examining and treating at medical facilities.
As of the reporting time (20.1), the whole Khanh Hoa province had 240,556/1,445,453 people implementing the integration, reaching 16.64% of the total number of permanent residents in the area.
In addition, Khanh Hoa province is also one of the first 10 provinces to complete the connection, integration, and exploitation of land data, reducing administrative procedures in the residential sector. 10 key tasks of Project 06 in the province continue to achieve good results.
As of March 14, 2025, 1,266,151/1,445,453 citizens residing in the province have been granted citizen/identity cards, reaching a rate of 87.6%, of which, children under 6 years old: 46,824; people from 6 to under 14 years old: 68,584; received 970,417 electronic identification account records by place of residence; activated: 910,992 accounts with level 2.
As of March 17, 2025, it has guided and mobilized the registration of electronic identification accounts for 2,143/10,454 agencies and organizations in the area, reaching a rate of 20.49% (account granted: 1,218, 925 being processed).
