On the afternoon of November 25, the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang City announced that the Council for selecting organizations to invest in production and business in Cam Le Industrial Cluster (Council) had selected and announced the results of selecting enterprises and production and business establishments in Cam Le Industrial Cluster (Cam Le District).
The Council received 99 applications from enterprises and production facilities in Da Nang City registering to operate in Cam Le Industrial Cluster and carried out the task of evaluating and scoring the applications of enterprises and production facilities based on the selection criteria set according to Decision 56/QD-SCT of the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang City.
As a result, 51/99 enterprises and production facilities are qualified to invest in production in Cam Le Industrial Cluster.
Enterprises eligible to enter Cam Le Industrial Cluster for production must meet the environmental criteria and score 60 points or more in 7 selection criteria including: Current production location (whether it is located in the industrial cluster or not); business subjects (priority is given to enterprises subject to clearance and compensation for implementation of key projects; enterprises in residential areas at risk of causing environmental pollution; start-up enterprises, etc.); industries and production products (priority is given to OCOP products, typical rural industrial products, etc.); perform obligations according to the provisions of law (including business, financial, tax, fire prevention and fighting obligations, etc.); project progress; financial capacity; labor use policy.
Previously, in May 2024, the Director of the Department of Industry and Trade of Da Nang City signed a Decision to promulgate a set of selection criteria to select organizations to invest in production and business in Cam Le Industrial Cluster. In June 2024, to select enterprises to invest in production in Cam Le Industrial Cluster, the People's Committee of Da Nang City established a Council to select organizations to invest in production and business in Cam Le Industrial Cluster.
