According to the Binh Duong Province Industrial Park Management Board, the province currently has 28 industrial parks with a total area of 12,045 hectares.
Currently, industrial clusters and zones in Binh Duong are mainly concentrated in the southern localities of the province such as: Di An city, Thuan An, Tan Uyen, Thu Dau Mot, Ben Cat.
In addition, Binh Duong province has thousands of industrial factories located outside industrial parks and interspersed in residential areas. This affects urban development, environmental pollution, and people's lives.
Currently, Binh Duong province is implementing a project to relocate industrial factories in the South of Binh Duong province to the Northern districts, including Phu Giao district. The planning of industrial clusters and zones in Phu Giao district will gradually move industry here and create space to welcome investors.
