A, born in 1992, residing in Binh Giang commune, Hai Phong city driving a motorbike with license plate 37F1-712. xx, unable to present relevant documents, showing signs of alcohol use.
The Mobile Police Department handed over to Le Thanh Nghi Ward Police 4 subjects and 2 violating vehicles, including 1 vehicle without license plates, including: T.D. M (born in 2010), N.D. N. M (born in 2012, all residing in Le Thanh Nghi Ward, Hai Phong City); N.V.D (born in 2004) and P.T. T (born in 1998, both residing in Tan Hung Ward, Hai Phong City)... all did not wear helmets when participating in traffic.
Also at this time, in the Vu Yen island area, Thuy Nguyen ward, Thuy Nguyen ward police coordinated with HP22 police force of the city to detect 8 cases of teenagers driving 3 motorbikes, 1 electric motorbike without helmets, vehicles without license plates, and unable to present driver's licenses.
