This affects traffic safety and order, public order, and arises complicated criminal cases.
Khanh Hoa province assessed that in recent years, the security and order situation in the province has been guaranteed, crimes and violations of the law on social order have decreased every year.
However, currently, there is a situation of young people gathering, enticing, and inviting each other to participate in illegal incidents such as racing, weaving, disturbing public order, resolving conflicts with weapons, hot weapons, complicated developments, increasing in quantity along with increasingly serious scale and nature, recklessness, recklessness, and public outrage.
