In which, the Provincial Military Command is assigned to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Police and related units to firmly grasp the situation in the area, strengthen inspection and supervision of air activities.
In case of detecting organizations or individuals performing flights without a permit, functional forces must promptly prevent and handle them in accordance with legal regulations.
Along with that, management from research, production to the use of unmanned aerial vehicles has also been tightened. Functional agencies are conducting reviews and statistics of organizations and individuals with related activities to put them under management.
Notably, the province requests to develop a plan to proactively respond to acts of taking advantage of unmanned aerial vehicles for sabotage and terrorism purposes, especially during important political, cultural and diplomatic events.
In the field of market management, the Department of Industry and Trade is assigned to strengthen the control of supply and circulation of aircraft; and at the same time guide the import, temporary import and re-export according to regulations.
The Department of Science and Technology is responsible for guiding and inspecting technical standards, product quality, as well as design, production, repair and testing activities of aircraft.
In parallel, propaganda work is also promoted. Functional agencies will disseminate legal regulations related to flight permits, scope of operations, violations and sanctions, in order to raise awareness of people and organizations.
People's Committees of communes and wards are required to strengthen inspection, detection and handling of cases of production, business, ownership and use of illegal flying equipment; and at the same time organize regular patrols and surveillance in the area.
On May 30, 2025, the Central Steering Committee for implementing the Prime Minister's Decision issued the Plan to Announce no-fly zones and restricted no-fly zones for unmanned aerial vehicles and other aircraft.
Accordingly, from June 15, 2025, the Ministry of National Defense announces no-fly zones and no-fly zones for unmanned aerial vehicles and other aircraft in Vietnam's airspace on the Ministry of National Defense Electronic Information Portal at http://cambay. mod. gov. vn; websites/electronic information portals of localities use links on the Ministry of National Defense Electronic Information Portal to announce no-fly zones and no-fly zones within their administrative boundaries.
