On the evening of June 5th, the Faculty of Communications and Foreign Culture, Diplomatic Academy of Foreign Affairs organized the launching ceremony of the 14th season of the Talented Media Master (IC Master) Contest with the theme "Rooted in Vietnam - Proud of Vietnamese Origin".
Organized annually since 2013, the contest not only creates an environment for students to practice professional skills and practice, but also encourages young people to participate in solving social problems through thinking and creative communication solutions.

After 13 seasons of organization, IC Master has become a launching pad for many valuable ideas, aimed at community development and spreading sustainable values. At the same time, IC Master has been and is affirming its position as one of the prestigious academic playgrounds for students who love the fields of media, marketing, journalism and public relations nationwide.
This year, with the companionship of a professional council including leading experts from Agriculture & Environment Newspaper, Multilateral Trade Policy Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade), Startup and Technology Enterprise Department (Ministry of Science & Technology)... The Organizing Committee selected the theme of building a national brand for Vietnamese agricultural products.
The teams will explore cultural, historical, place names and regional identity stories associated with typical products, thereby contributing to enhancing the value and image of Vietnamese agricultural products in the domestic and international markets.


According to the Organizing Committee, in the context of deep integration, agricultural products are not only goods but also contain values of culture, people and local identity.
Telling stories behind each product is considered an important factor in increasing competitiveness, while promoting the country's image to the world.
Speaking at the launching ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Dong Anh - Deputy Dean, in charge of the Faculty of Communication and Foreign Culture, Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam - said that IC Master 2026 is not only a competition in expertise but also a journey of learning, experiencing and perfecting themselves for the contestants.
This is an environment for creative ideas to be nurtured, new perspectives to be shared, and young talents in the field of communication to be discovered and developed," Dr. Nguyen Dong Anh emphasized.

Sharing about the development orientation of the competition in the coming time, Dr. Do Huyen Trang - Head of the Steering Committee for IC Master 2026 - said that the program is gradually expanding its scale and scope of connection.
From a Faculty-level, Academy-level playground, IC Master has reached the scale of Hanoi city and the whole country. In this year's season, we have a plan for the competition to continue to expand connections with international teams, creating opportunities for Vietnamese students to exchange, learn and affirm their abilities in a global competitive environment," Dr. Do Huyen Trang shared.

In addition to the strategic companion unit, the program also has the participation of many agencies, businesses, organizations and experts in the fields of communication, marketing, content creation and technology.
This companionship opens up opportunities for students to access new trends in the industry, expand their network of connections and accumulate professional experience right from when they are still in school.

Through IC Master 2026, the Organizing Committee expects to arouse pride in local values, and at the same time encourage the young generation to apply creative thinking to promote Vietnamese agricultural products, bringing stories imbued with regional imprints closer to the domestic and international public.
