The investigation determined that Bach Cong The Anh used his personal account to access the system to participate in online gambling with a gambling amount of nearly 15 million VND.
Based on collected documents and evidence, the Investigation Police Agency of Ninh Binh Provincial Police issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute the defendant Bach Cong The Anh for the act of gambling for handling according to the provisions of law.
