After nearly a year of implementation, the "3 together with youth" model in Nghe An has been spread in 58 communes and wards, initially bringing efficiency in preventing law violations and supporting youth at the grassroots level.
The model is implemented by Nghe An Provincial Police in coordination with the Provincial Youth Union from 2025, including three contents: "Together care - Together reform - Together rise up".
By the end of May 2026, 20 communes and wards assigned to build pilot models have completed the launch and put into operation; 38 other localities proactively deployed earlier than planned.
Through the content "Joining hands", propaganda activities, dissemination of laws and life skills education are widely spread in schools and residential areas. The whole province has organized more than 660 propaganda sessions, attracting more than 60,000 young people; posted more than 1,200 news and articles in cyberspace.
The content of propaganda focuses on preventing and combating school violence, drugs, and child abuse; skills to use social networks safely; preventing crimes in cyberspace and complying with the law on traffic order and safety.
With the content "Co-transformation", the Police force and Youth Union organization have organized more than 860 dialogues, meetings, information exchanges and more than 1,000 direct contacts with young people under management.
Localities also organized 83 public sanitation work sessions at martyrs' cemeteries, memorials, schools and public areas, thereby spreading the spirit of responsibility and a sense of goodness among young people.
In the content "Together To Rise", many digital skills training programs, artificial intelligence applications, online foreign languages and "Digital Literacy" are being implemented.
The whole province has supported 116 IELTS scholarships; career connection, job introduction and supported 286 young people to access loans from the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to start businesses and develop the economy.
The Police and Youth Union organization also took care of and helped 143 children, teenagers in difficult circumstances, orphans and children of ethnic minorities; mobilized and presented more than 5,000 gifts with a total value of over 1 billion VND.
According to Nghe An Provincial Police, in the coming time, the "03 together with youth" model will continue to be spread in accordance with each locality, linking education and support for youth with the task of ensuring security and order right from the grassroots level.
