Typical initiatives include: applying PLC technology to manufacture a ring system, CO2 discharge indicator set on DQTT ships; improving the bow on the 8m maneuver used for the 15m maneuver; researching support for the bow propeller drainage pipe cluster on military ships and economic ships with similar structures,... The coordination between the Trade Union and the Ba Son workforce has helped innovation ideas become reality, contributing to improving productivity and product quality.
