On March 25, the Youth Union and Women's Union of Dong Thuan Ward Police (Quang Tri province) in coordination with the Thanh Dat Doctor Charity Group and associates organized the launch of the "Youth Union's Foster Sibling" model.
The "Youth Union's Foster Siblings" model is officially implemented to accompany and support 2 students in difficult circumstances in Dong Thuan ward through quarterly periodic support. The activity is practical and contributes to adding motivation for them to feel secure in studying and training.
The implementation of the model not only demonstrates the spirit of responsibility and concern of officials, union members, and association members of the Ward Police in caring for children, but also contributes to spreading the spirit of compassion and community cohesion in social security activities.
Representatives of Dong Thuan Ward Police said that "Youth Union's Foster Sibling" is one of the key activities in the series of programs in response to Youth Month 2026, aiming to accompany and empower students in difficult circumstances in the area.
Through the model, mass organizations expect to continue to mobilize more social resources, expand support subjects, contribute to better care for students in difficult circumstances, and create conditions for them to develop comprehensively.
