On June 26, Chieng Mung Commune Police, Son La province said that the unit had just coordinated with Forest Protection Department Region XII and Muong La Nature Reserve to successfully re-release a small culi individual back to its natural environment.
Previously, on June 22, the family of Mr. Nguyen Huy Giang, Na Ha 2 village, Chieng Mung commune, discovered a small cu li straying into the residential area and voluntarily handed it over to the functional forces.


After receiving and completing the procedures according to regulations, Chieng Mung Commune Police coordinated with Forest Protection Department Region XII to hand over the individual to Muong La Nature Reserve for re-release to the natural living environment.
Small loris are endangered, precious, and rare forest animals belonging to Group IB, which are strictly prohibited by law from hunting, raising, transporting, and illegally trading.
