Through the working process, Mr. V confirmed that at 10:02 PM on May 20, Mr. V was driving motorbike BKS 34B4-123. XX participating in traffic on the road without wearing a helmet.
Road Traffic Police Team No. 5, Traffic Police Department of the City Police has made a record of administrative violation for the act: "Not wearing helmets for motorcyclists and motorbike riders when driving vehicles participating in traffic on roads", stipulated in point h, clause 2, Article 7 of Decree 168/2024/ND-CP dated December 27, 2024 of the Government. For this violation, Mr. V was fined from 500,000 VND, without deducting points from his driver's license.
