On August 7, the Traffic Police Department - Hue City Police said that a traffic accident occurred on Le Hong Phong street (Thuan Hoa ward, Hue City), injuring a young man.
According to initial information, at about 8:56 PM on August 6th, Mr. Ngo Quoc V. (born 2000, residing in Hue City) was driving a motorbike with license plate 75B1-191. xx on Le Hong Phong street, in the direction from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai to Dong Da.
When arriving at the area of power pole number 03 Le Hong Phong, the car driven by Mr. V. collided with a concrete mixer truck with license plate 75C-085. xx driven by Mr. Nguyen Kim L. (born 1975, residing in Hue City).
At the time of the accident, the concrete mixer truck was parked on the right side of the road, in the opposite direction of traffic in the lane and had warnings placed.
The collision caused Mr. V. to break his left arm, scratch his face and was taken to Hue Central Hospital for monitoring and treatment.
The cause of the incident is currently under investigation.
